Event software pricing is usually quoted one of two ways: a percentage of every ticket you sell, or a per-attendee fee that scales in the wrong direction precisely when your event succeeds. Both make budgeting difficult, because the cost of the platform moves with a number you are still trying to grow. Planara is quoted per event or per programme instead, so the figure you approve at the start is the figure you pay.
Which plan fits depends less on attendee count than on how many events you run and how much customization each one needs. A single annual conference with one registration flow and one badge design has different requirements from an organization running a rolling calendar of workshops, each with its own site, pricing tiers and reporting. The Single Event plan covers the former. Enterprise covers the latter, along with deeper customization and integration work.
